We want to be fully transparent about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read this policy before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch email.


5. Fulfilment

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may be shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse, which could be located outside of South Africa. As a result:

  • Packages may arrive in plain or supplier-branded packaging, not our own branded packaging.
  • Multiple items in one order may arrive in separate packages and at different times if they are fulfilled by different suppliers.
  • The return address on your parcel may differ from our business address.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not able to predict or control customs delays. If your package is held by customs, please work directly with your local customs office to resolve the matter.


7. Herbal Supplement Import Restrictions

Some herbal supplements may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to import into your country. We are not liable for packages seized or delayed by customs due to import restrictions.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.
  2. Contact your local post office or customs office.
  3. Reach out to us at Support if the issue remains unresolved.

We will do our best to investigate and assist, but please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to make address changes once an order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to the supplier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
